•We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. •If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. •We will gladly replace or repair eligible items. •Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, lost items, and scratches are not covered under our warranty.

•Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. •Delivery times may vary depending on your location. •Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available). •Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewelry, all sales are final.
