RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BOHO, we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in perfect condition. If you receive an item that does not meet expectations due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, our return and exchange process is available to assist you.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for exchange.

Exchange requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The item is in unused condition with original tags intact

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

BOHO does not offer refunds for change of mind, color preference, or incorrect size selection. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be provided for future purchases.

Customers may be asked to provide images of the product as proof before approval of the exchange request. BOHO reserves the right to refuse exchanges if returned items show signs of use or damage after delivery.
