SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOHO strives to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers across Pakistan. The following policy explains our delivery timelines, shipping charges, payment verification, and order cancellation terms.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days in major cities of Pakistan. Deliveries to smaller cities and remote locations may take approximately 3–5 working days, depending on courier operations and location accessibility.

Customers are requested to remain available on the provided contact number to avoid delivery delays. All delivery timelines are subject to product availability and successful order confirmation. During promotional campaigns or sale periods, order processing and delivery may require additional time due to increased order volume.

Delivery Charges

BOHO offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan with a flat shipping charge of PKR 150 applied to all orders unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers may track their shipment through the courier service using the provided tracking number. Delivery services are managed through third-party logistics partners, and delivery timelines depend on courier operations.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of prepaid orders within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting BOHO customer support. Approved cancellations will be processed in the form of store credit or voucher.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing or dispatch stage.

Payment Verification

To maintain secure transactions, BOHO may occasionally require payment verification for prepaid orders. Customers may be contacted via phone or email to confirm payment details if required. BOHO reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization is declined or verification requirements are not fulfilled.

Delivery Delays & Liability

While BOHO makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues may occur. BOHO cannot be held responsible for delays once orders have been handed over to third-party courier partners.
